The President’s Volunteer Service Award - Are you eligible?

September 4, 2014

The President's Council on Service and Civic Participation created the President's Volunteer Service Award program as a way to thank and honor Americans who, by their demonstrated commitment and example, inspire others to engage in volunteer service. This award is an excellent resume-builder and recognizes individuals that have completed at least 100 hours of community service over any given 12-month period.

Students wishing to receive this award may set up their profile account at presidentialserviceawards.gov and begin tracking their hours from January – December, 2014 After setting up your account, please go to the "Profile" tab to link your service to USF. You will need to enter the Record of Service Key Code for USF, to have your hours validated by the CSE office. Please enter the key code CO-NGP-8589B; scroll down to the bottom of this page and click "update" to complete your profile.

Need assistance setting up your account? We are happy to help! Please contact Katrina Boedeker, Director, Office for Service and Social Action to set up an appointment time.
